Our weekly meal plans bring you a colorful mix of mostly plant-based recipes - with the occasional fish or seafood dish for some extra variety.

 

Every week of the year, you'll get a fresh plan with 4 meals:

_three satisfying mains

_one lighter dish that works perfectly as a starter or lunch

 

Each recipe is made for two people and usually takes no more than 30-45 minutes - so dinner's ready before you get hangry.

 

You'll receive:

_detailed recipes with photos

_tips & swaps to suit your taste

_a complete shopping list to make things easy
